bp needed support communicating to their various stakeholders impacted by a global finance transformation programme with 12 separate initiatives. We mapped each stakeholder group and worked with workstream leads and business representatives to identify key change impacts. Our solution was a multi channel communication and engagement plan using social media, video, digital screens, the company portal, targeted email communications, FAQs and live engagement sessions to help users adopt the new processes.
