We worked with Wipro for 2+ years, our long term relationship allowed us to lead the change delivery integrating entities into Wipro within their M&A practice on their global ERP platform. We also led the change effort on a global implementation of a company intranet impacting 270K plus employees. Along the way we put in place a strategy and managed their social communities and delivered a number of courses as part of our Change Academy package.
